Plans are firming for completion of the trail. A tentative schedule for completions follows:

Push-back on construction delays

The advocacy group that has for over a decade pressed the state to build the 34-mile recreational trail between Lake Placid and Tupper Lake, Adirondack Recreational Trail Advocates (ARTA), has sent an open letter to Governor Cuomo and the responsible state agencies requesting that the 3+ year construction project be accelerated.
