DEC Resolving title issues

NYS does not own four parcels needed to build the rail trail, but expects to resolve the issue and build the trail without delays.

The state has identified four parcels along the Adirondack Rail Corridor that it doesn't own, but officials say that shouldn't hold up plans to build a controversial 34-mile rail trail between Lake Placid and Tupper Lake.  The full story (from the Adirondack Almanack) is linked here.
